Dear readers
You will be very pleased to hear this week I have been working very hard and am feeling much better about the lack of reading that took place during Reading Week.
Yesterday I spent five hours with Business Accounts and didn't even realise, because I was enjoying it so much! It is a special moment when your Assets minus Liabilities equals your Capital on a balance sheet.
Anyway, during a period of study I was contemplating my blawg. And I was wondering how many people actually read it.
So, here is your challenge dear reader. If you read this on a regular basis (yes, mum, that includes you!) please post a comment and say hi. As you know you can be anonymous. But I would like to know if I actually have any regular readers, or whether I'm just sitting here writing for the benefit of myself and various computer-generated adverts.
Oh and PS. there is a new blogger on my blogroll - the aptly named Law School Blogger.
Now it might just be me, but I think he looks oretty hot! Provided those are actual photos of him and not his better looking older brother.

I'm reading :) I've even got you on subscription in bloglines.
Kate
I am a reader, just interested in what it is like to be in your position. (Blond, bright, young etc.)
Middle-aged married bloke
Me too - if you REALLY want to know how many people read, you can get all sorts of information if you set up a feed on Google Analytics, but your way is probably more fun! PP
I'm one of your readers. Coincidentally I read Rick's blog too. I'm sure he'll be flattered at the comment. *smile*
Kate - can you tell me how to subscribe to a blog with bloglines?
thanx
PP
Yep. Very much reading.
And thanks for the shoutout!
I drop by from time to time ;-)
Are you a neglected kid? Everyone knows that on a blog you get viewing stats so you know who's taking a peak.
Really, a declaration of insecurity will not do especially when you're going into a game when everyone is exactly the same.
Wow anonymous, it's really nice to know I have such friendly readers!
Yes thank you, I have a clicker but it's just numbers. I'm more interested in personalities. Knowing that since last tuesday I had X number of clicks doesn't really tell me anything.
I'm glad you feel you can judge me, but I suppose despite the fact that you are being really quite mean, you're still reading so ha ha!
And no I was not neglected, and even if I was I can't understand what relevance it would have to wanting to know if I have some regular readers as opposed to just randoms.
You really made my day with that comment. Now please go away.
As to the rest of you, thanks for stopping by! Your support is appreciated! :-)
I read pretty regularly, Susie (can I call you that?). I found your (& various other) law blogs (sorry, but I can't deal with the term 'blawg') when Babybarista got himself splashed across every legal publication in Britain. I'm a barrister in a civil set in central London and I like reading about the antics of pupils and law students. Your blog is very enjoyable; keep going!

I enjoy reading your blog - its helpful to see what studying the LPC will be like - which is something I will be doing next year.
I've got a link to your blog from my blog!
Roll call!!! Present Teacher. Still reading, I took a break when I realized you were on hiatus but when your fingers type, my eyes follow.
I read this pretty regularly too.
And in answer to your question re: PLR, in practice sometimes your supervisor wont give you anymore information and you don't have the authority to ask the client yourself, so you are simply stuck going round in circles trying to reach some kind of answer by your deadline.

Hi Susie,
I check your site every now and then, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling when I see that you've posted something new! I can't say I share your love of accounts (5 hours? really?) but as a fellow LPC-er it's nice to read what you think of the course - keep it up!
Ellie
another happy reader :)
Hi, I pop by fairly frequently - I'm a (female) solicitor in private practice with 10 years PQE, if that is of any interest to you!
Keep up the blog.
Hello, I read it too and know how you feel as a blogger wondering if anyone reads you or likes what you write... so keep it up. I'm sure these LPC and BVC blogs are useful for some wannabe lawyers! So you could just keep it up for altruistic reasons!
I read it! when i set up my 'medically brunette' I searched for my opposite (legal blondes) & yours is the most interesting!
